I’m Sri. My journey, like many others, has been anything but linear. Life’s ways and flows have shaped me into who I am today.​ For nearly three decades, my identity was deeply rooted in work life. In 2025, I chose to pause, one that soon became a crossroads, leading me down a road less traveled.

This is the journey I continue to embrace: flowing, exploring, and creating — one step, one story, and one conversation at a time.

At the heart of this journey lies a simple truth: a deep and keen desire to walk with people, encourage them, learn from them, and empower both oneself and others — a way of giving back to society.

• This curiosity led me to Coaching — a powerful path to see, realize, and live life more fully, while empowering others to do the same.

• Over a cup of tea, a small idea bloomed into Madaithirandu — a space to listen to and share stories from everyday lives, because every story matters.

• And in 2025, I brought my passions together under one umbrella — SriGenesis, a home for my ideas, ventures, and reflections, including my personal blog.
